EVERLY, Massachusetts is a fictional mid-size city located in between Boston and Salem. Due to it's more popular neighbors, Everly has gone largely unnoticed despite being a true supernatural hot spot. It can be described as a place that feels like a big city and small town at the same time.
THE HOTEL
THE EVERLY HOTEL is a 19-floor, 700 room art-deco hotel where strange occurrences are the norm. The hotel is located in Northern Everly. The Everly Hotel's amentities include:

DOWNTOWN EVERLY

Though downtown Everly is considered neutral territory among the supernatural, a great deal of magic users and witches can be found here.

Northern Everly is notable for its tree-lined streets and more suburban environment. Urban farming is popular here but farms and orchards can also be found at the edge of Northern Everly. The werewolves have been in control of this area for 200 years now.
EASTERN EVERLY
This part of the city is up and coming. It's a popular area for young profesionals and the LGBTQ+. The art and food scene is abundant and ever-changing. It's a hotbed for demons.
SOUTHERN EVERLY
The local elite live here. The average rent is over $3,000. It's known for its upscale shopping and nightlife. Southern Everly has always been controlled by vampires.

WESTERN EVERLY
Thanks to the fairies, Western Everly can be described as a "garden suburb" area. Many colonial homes have been transformed into apartments. The residents in this part of the city do an amazing job of maintaining impressive gardens and charming holiday decorations at different times of the year. It's one of the most picturesque parts of the city.
